In 1985, we established a spray gun manufacturing plant in Taiwan. We found that many customers favored our R-21X product.
In 1994, we implemented the ISO 9002 management system, which helped us to acquire a quality assurance certification.
In 1997, we established our first factory in China at Luotuo District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, to reach our customers more efficiently. This helped us deal with increasing demand for our spray guns. Our quality earned customers' recognition. However, due to limitations as a result of inadequate manufacturing facilities, our product was in short supply.
In 2006, our factories relocated to Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, to serve more customers. However, our technology faced another huge predicament which hindered further progress.
In 2009, the current designer/manager in China left the company.
To enter the high-end and industrial air tool market, our designer undertook research with overseas experts. We spent five years reviewing coatings and understanding users' needs with international aerodynamic experts. Our designer obtained advice from experts in various fields, including factory management, processing techniques, and the overall design of our spray gun. Eventually, our designer had a significant breakthrough.
In 2014, we officially resumed our business. Moreover, we established Avalon Air Tool Co,. Ltd. in Taiwan. The creation of our new brand, Avalon, allowed us to focus our efforts on all markets and produce different industrial spray gun models for all of our customers’ needs.
Our quality ensures that our products’ spray width and evenness, smooth handling and adjustment, brightness of appearance, and durability can compete with European, American, Japanese, and other well-known brands. Therefore, we are confident in saying Avalon's air tools have a tremendous cost-performance ratio and are well worth their value.
